Error “Failed to deploy OVF package. ThrowableProxy.cause A general system error occurred

Transfer failed: The OVF descriptor is not available.”

If you get this error deploying the OVA appliance for NSX-T manager, change the passwords your using for the deployment and try again.. believe it or not that just fixed it for me.

Could be something to do with the characters used, worth testing again using different passwords you can change them once deployed.
